Transaction Room — Escrow

Foundation receipt escrow on devnet: create → allow mint → optional timelock → deposit → withdraw → optional SetImmutable. Account probe decodes Escrow/Receipt/AllowedMint/Extensions. Hooks and arbiter are not supported in CASA. Operator runbook: docs/escrow-devnet.md.

Product model (read this first)

Foundation escrow is receipt-based custody with admin mint allowlists, optional timelocks, and optional hooks — not a built-in two-party “both sign or arbiter decides” marketplace. CASA supports a full simple loop on devnet: create → allow mint → deposit → withdraw. Hooks and arbiter co-sign are not supported in CASA yet.

Decode Escrow / Receipt / AllowedMint / Extensions accounts on devnet. Layout from Foundation PROGRAM_OVERVIEW. No deposits or withdrawals from CASA.
